About us

Hi. We are Laura and Gem – colleagues, friends and now travel blogging buddies.

We both work, we’re both mums, and we both love to travel.

We’ve also both always talked about writing a travel blog. It was something we’d do ‘one day’. When the kids are older. When work is less busy. When we have more time. Then, one night over a cheap bottle of red, we decided enough is enough. It was time to stop talking about writing a travel blog, and actually write one.

And so Travel Blogging Buddies was born.
